Products requiring repair must be shipped/delivered to our company for processing, with shipping costs borne by the sender.(Customers pay for shipping when sending in products; our company pays for return shipping.)All repair costs must be settled in person upon collection; if the product needs to be shipped,payment must be made in advance.

Products Sold by Our Company
  • For products sent in for repair within the warranty period, if the malfunction is confirmed not to be caused by human error or external forces and is verified to be within the warranty period, our company will repair the product within two weeks of receipt and notify the customer for pickup. For items awaiting parts, the estimated time for part arrival and repair will be communicated by phone.
  • For products with malfunctions caused by human error, external forces, or those out of warranty, our company will provide a repair quote within two weeks of receipt. Upon customer approval, repairs will be completed within two weeksof the quotation, and the customer will be notified for pickup. For items awaiting parts, the estimated time for part arrival will be communicated at the time of the quotation.
  • Except for consumables (bulbs/cables/glass), all products come with a one-year warranty; from the date of manufacture. Special offer and clearance items come with a three-month warranty from the date of shipment.
Products not sold by our company are not eligible for repair services.
